Another Slimming World Extra Easy recipe from me! This one is totally syn free, and full of flavour, especially if you like your food hot, this is definitely not one for the faint hearted!
It’s great served with wholegrain rice, especially with the cooking juices drizzled over the top.
Chicken breast – 1 per person
Encona West Indian Hot Pepper Sauce – 1 tablespoon per person (depending on taste)
Equipment: Tin foil, baking sheet
- Place the chicken on the tin foil, coat in the sauce and wrap the foil into a parcel.
- Leave to marinate for 5 minutes or five hours, depending on how long you have.
- Cook in a preheated oven (200°C/Fan 180°/Gas 6) for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the breast.
