This is another super quick and easy to prepare syn free recipe for the Slimming World Extra Easy diet. Great served with baked potato and vegetables or salad.
Chicken breast – 1 per person
Garlic – 1 clove per breast
Seasoning – herbs, pepper
Equipment: Baking tray, tin foil, chopping board, knife
- Tear off a long sheet of tin foil and place it on the baking tray.
- But the chicken on the foil, season it all over and add the garlic.
- Wrap the foil to form a parcel around the chicken.
- Cook in a preheated oven (200°C/Fan 180°/Gas 6) for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the breast.
