Syn Free Spiced Chicken Thighs

This is a really quick and easy syn free Slimming World Extra Easy to make. It’s great eaten hot or cold and goes really well served with rice and a salad.IMG-20130416-01732

This recipe is also Dukan friendly.

Ingredients:

Chicken thighs – 2 per person (skinned with any visible fat removed)

Garam masala – 1-2 tablespoons

Equipment: Baking dish, tin foil

Method:

  1. Put the chicken in the baking dish and coat with the garam masala.
  2. Cover with tin foil and place in a preheated oven (200°C/Fan 180°/Gas 6)  for 45 minutes or so until the thighs are cooked through.
