This is a really quick and easy syn free Slimming World Extra Easy to make. It’s great eaten hot or cold and goes really well served with rice and a salad.
This recipe is also Dukan friendly.
Chicken thighs – 2 per person (skinned with any visible fat removed)
Garam masala – 1-2 tablespoons
Equipment: Baking dish, tin foil
- Put the chicken in the baking dish and coat with the garam masala.
- Cover with tin foil and place in a preheated oven (200°C/Fan 180°/Gas 6) for 45 minutes or so until the thighs are cooked through.
