Diet Day 95 & Baked Peri Peri Chicken Breasts

I’ve just been sticking to a low cal diet today. It is nice to be able to have a bit more carbs, and my true love, cheese!

Breakfast: Glass of orange juice, cup of coffee, and ham and taleggio sandwich on brown bread. Calories – 384

Lunch: A can of lentil soup, a babybel light and a slice of brown bread. Calories – 280

Dinner: I used the last of my Nando’s peri-peri marinade to make this delicious chicken dish (see Day 74 for method), and served it with brown rice. Calories – 361


Calories – 1025

Fat – 20g
