Diet Day 66 (A Dukan Day) & Chipotle Salmon

It’s been the second Dukan day of the week and it’s gone really well. No major cravings and plenty of tasty, satisfying food.

Breakfast: A cup of coffee, and large egg boiled midway between soft and hard (see Day 1 for my method, add an extra minute to cooking time). Calories – 90

Lunch: I had half an oat bran pancake and some of last night’s lovely roast beef. Calories – 310

Dinner: I made chipotle salmon and the other half of the oat bran pancake. Calories – 350

Total:

Calories – 750

Fat – 40
