Diet Day 58 (A Dukan Day)

Back on the Dukan today to compensate for my social life! There’s a lot of chicken and ham today, but it didn’t seem as samey as it does now I see it written down. Had no cravings whatsoever though and haven’t been hungry at all.

Breakfast: A chicken breast and slice of thick cut ham. Calories – 200

Lunch: A ham “sandwich” using half an oat bran pancake (see Day 29). Calories – 207

Dinner: A roast chicken breast (skinless) and half an oat bran pancake, with yoghurt. Calories – 288


Calories – 695

Fat – 21g

  1. Do you roast the chicken without the skin? We do and as long as you put a good dry rub on it, it won’t dry out!
    Darn social life! Are you still doing the 20 minutes of activity a day?
