You don’t want to know what I had to eat at the restaurant last night, well maybe you do but I don’t want to tell you!
Dukan day today!
Breakfast: I was quite bad and skipped breakfast today, unless you count a cup off coffee! I woke up quite late and I think I was still full from last night’s meal…
Lunch: Lunch was a my Dukan favourite smoked salmon open “sandwich” – smoked salmon (200g), 1/2 oat bran pancake, and a tablespoon of quark (see Day 2 for my tips about preparing this lunch). Calories – 463
Dinner: 1/2 oat bran pancake, and chipotle chicken breasts (300g). This was a super quick and easy week-night supper – 1 tablespoon of chipotle paste and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice mixed together and pour over chicken breasts. Leave for a couple of hours or as long as you can. Cover with foil and cook in a preheated oven (190°/Fan 170°/Gas 5) for 20 minutes (turn over after 10 minutes). Remove foil and cook for another 5-10 minutes until cooked through. If you’re not on the Dukan this would be a great dish to serve with rice or chopped up for a salad. Calories – 410
