Diet Day 38

I’ve been a bit of a snacker today. I don’t usually have much of a sweet tooth, but it’s certainly raised its head today. Somehow I’ve managed to keep fairly low-cal though, so that’s one good thing!

Breakfast: A glass of orange juice, cup of coffee, and a rolo cookie. Calories – 219

Lunch: Oxtail soup, 2 Babybel lights, and 2 small slices of wholemeal bread. Calories – 352

Dinner: M&S chicken tikka thighs and lentils. Heat a can of lentils, with a teaspoon of tomato puree and some herbs and spices. Calories – 347

Snacks: 1 M&S biscuit curl, and 6 Bendick’s chocolate gingers. Calories – 274


Calories – 1192

Fat – 46g

  1. I find if I snack, I need to snack more; particularly sweets make you crave more sweets. That Rolo breakfast did you in! Try having a bit of protein like cheese or 5 almonds it sometimes help counter the sweet attack.
