Diet Day 37 (A Dukan Day)

Today has been a Dukan day and it’s been quite tough. I’ve been in an eating mood and craving sweet things. The rolo cookies still sitting on the kitchen counter haven’t helped, but with some will power, 2 diet cokes and a packet of gum I’ve managed to resist! It does mean I can’t face the prospect of another Dukan day tomorrow though so it looks like this will be the only one this week.

Breakfast: A cup of coffee, and large egg boiled midway between soft and hard (see Day 1 for my method, add an extra minute to cooking time). Calories – 104

Lunch: Smoked salmon (180g), 1/2 oat bran pancake, and a tablespoon of quark (see Day 2 for my tips about preparing this lunch). Calories – 436 

Dinner: Roasted skinless chicken portions, seasoned with dried chilli, herbs, salt & pepper, and  1/2 oat bran pancake, served with plenty of Nando’s peri-peri sauce. Calories – 400

Total:

Calories – 940

Fat – 56g
