Diet Day 9

My weight was exactly the same when I got on the scales this morning, it might have something with the large quantity of steak I had for dinner. I thought I needed some more fibre in my diet (I’m sure you don’t need me to spell out why!) so I’ve had a day off the Dukan. I’ve kept fairly low cal and low fat though.

Breakfast: A glass of orange juice, a slice of brown sunflower seed bread and a thick slice of turkey breast. Calories – 254

Lunch: Another slice of brown sunflower seed bread and turkey breast, with ½oz of Danish blue. Calories – 206

Dinner: ½ pack (125g) of Uncle Ben’s wholegrain express rice and a large roast chicken breast (skinless). Calories – 530

Snack: Smoked mackerel (1 oz). Calories – 100

Total:

Calories – 1090

Fat – 26g
